ArtOUT 2025:
Fruit Forward

A Fresh Twist for 2025

This year, we're doing something new. Alongside our in-person gallery show, selected works will also be featured in Fruit Forward: The 2025 Collection — a beautifully printed, limited-edition sketchbook designed to spotlight the vibrant, unapologetic creativity of our local LGBTQ+ artists.

  • Be part of our October gallery show in Gulfport, FL

  • Be published in the first ever Fruit Forward sketchbook

  • Prize money awarded to jurors’ choice winners

About the Exhibit

What is ArtOUT? ArtOUT is OUT Arts & Culture's annual juried art exhibit celebrating LGBTQ+ artists in Gulfport and beyond. Selected works will be showcased throughout the month of October 2025 in a local gallery (location TBD), alongside a launch party and printed keepsake release.

Est. 2017

This is the 8th year of ArtOUT and the third as an international juried show.  The primary purpose of ArtOUT is to reinforce the mission of OUT Arts & Culture, “to promote awareness of the diversity of experiences, contributions and needs of people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and/or queer”.

Pictured: Mickalene Thomas, Frida Kahlo, & Andy Warhol

“In essence, it's about finding beauty, truth and authenticity in one's own unique journey, while also contributing to the collective narrative of the LGBTQ+ community.”
